About inspection

If the cargo is delivered on a weekday morning, we will measure the cargo on the same day and notify you of the international shipping fee on the same day.

What to do if prohibited items are included

We will contact you to let you know whether we will return the item to you or dispose of it.

About packaging

●Self-packing

Basically, we do not modify the delivered cargo and simply attach a shipping label before shipping.

If the weight of the cargo is 7 kg or more, the four corners and edges may be reinforced with packing tape, etc., depending on the circumstances. Even if the cargo weighs less than 7 kg, if the packaging condition at the time of delivery is poor, we may re-apply packing tape, but we will not repackage the cargo.

● Random pack

Regardless of size, we will repackage your shipment securely to prevent damage during transit.

(Even if the item is repackaged, there is still a risk of damage, so please add an additional 660 yen for logistics insurance.)

Regarding invoice attachments

If the shipper has an invoice, attach it to the shipping label. The HS code and import duties for customs clearance in the destination country will be calculated based on the shipper's invoice.

Having an invoice in advance will reduce customs clearance time and speed up delivery.

When creating an invoice, it should generally include the following:

  • Sender information
  • Recipient information
  • Cargo contents (product name, HS code, quantity, unit price, total)
  • Terms and conditions

Payment

Once inspection is complete, we will send you an email with a link to pay for international shipping.

About the shipping address

Unless there is a special agreement with our company, the shipping address will be the address at the time of application by the shipper. If there is a return or if documents required for customs clearance are requested, the shipper's contact information will be notified. Please take action as necessary.

About customs duties

When applying for this service, you can choose to pay either the consignee or the sender .

In most cases, the customs duties are paid by the recipient, but if you choose to have the customs duties paid by the sender (prepayment), the customs duties will be charged to your credit card approximately 1-2 months after shipment.
