Regarding inspection
If the shipment arrives on a weekday morning, we will measure the shipment on the same day and notify the customer of the international shipping cost on the same day.
example:
- If the shipment arrives by 10:00 AM, we will complete the inspection by 1:00 PM and issue an invoice for shipping costs.
- If payment is confirmed by around 2 PM, the item will be shipped the same day.
- If payment is received after 3 PM, the item will be shipped the following day.
Regarding closing days and peak seasons
Our company does not provide services during the New Year holidays, summer holidays, or Japanese public holidays.
Please be aware that there may be delays in inspection if your shipment arrives before or after this period, or especially during peak seasons such as early November to early January (New Year's holiday) and late June to late August (summer) .
What to do if prohibited items are included?
We will contact you to let you know whether we will accept the return via cash on delivery or dispose of the item.
Regarding packaging
●Self-packing
Basically, we ship the delivered goods without making any modifications, simply attaching the shipping label.
If the cargo weighs 7 kg or more, the four corners and edges may be reinforced with packing tape or similar material as needed. Even if the cargo weighs less than 7 kg, if the packaging is poor upon delivery, we may reapply packing tape, but we will not repackage the item.
● Surprise Pack
Regardless of size, we will repackage your order securely to prevent damage during transit.
(Even with repackaging, there is still a risk of damage, so please add the shipping insurance fee of 660 yen separately.)
Regarding the attachment of the invoice
If the shipper has prepared an invoice, attach the shipper's invoice to the shipping label. The HS code and import duties for customs clearance in the destination country will be calculated based on the shipper's invoice.
Having an invoice prepared in advance shortens customs clearance time and speeds up delivery.
When creating an invoice, you should generally include the following information.
- Sender information
- Recipient information
- Shipment details (product name, HS code, quantity, unit price, total)
- Terms and Conditions of Transaction
About payment
Once the inspection is complete, we will send you an email with a payment link for international shipping.
Regarding the shipping address
Unless otherwise specified in our agreement, the shipping address will be the address provided by the shipper during the application process. In the event of a return or if customs requires additional documents, the shipper will be notified via their contact information. Please respond accordingly.
Regarding tariffs
When applying for this service, you can choose either payment by the consignee or the consignor .
In most cases, the recipient pays the shipping fee, but if you choose to pay the shipping fee (prepaid), the customs duty will be charged to your credit card approximately 1-2 months after shipment.
