Are there any restrictions on the size of luggage?
Maximum weight - up to 30kg Maximum size - (longest side + waist circumference) = up to 330cm
*For cargo with a long side exceeding 120cm, a long-length fee of 4,000 yen/piece will be charged.
Can this package be sent to a specific country?

What about customs duties and taxes?
If taxes are incurred locally, as a general rule, the recipient will be responsible for paying them.
My luggage was stopped at local customs!
Please follow the instructions of the local customs clearance office and submit the required documents.

Can I get an export certificate?
For shipments shipped after April 1, 2024, you can download the export certificate from your order history. We are unable to accommodate shipments ordered before April 1, 2024, so please contact us individually.
