- Can individuals use it?
This service is exclusively for corporations and sole proprietors. It is not available to individual users. - How much is the shipping fee?
You can check this on the quotation page . - Are there any restrictions on the size of luggage?
Maximum weight - up to 30kg; Maximum size - (longest side + circumference) = up to 330cm
*For shipments with a longest side exceeding 120cm, an additional charge of 4000 yen per shipment will apply. - Can this package be sent to a specific country?

If taxes are incurred locally, they will generally be the responsibility of the recipient. - My package got held up at customs in the destination country!
Please submit the necessary documents and other required materials according to the instructions of the local customs authorities.
Furthermore, this includes cases where the shipment contains prohibited import items, etc.
We cannot assume responsibility for any customs clearance issues. - Can I obtain an export certificate?
For shipments placed on or after April 1, 2024, export certificates can be downloaded from your order history. We are unable to provide this service for shipments ordered before April 1, 2024; please contact us individually for details.
