We provide robust packaging materials that can withstand the harsh conditions of international shipping, at no extra cost. Furthermore, to minimize international shipping costs, our staff will compress the items to the optimal size. - ✓Complete handling of export document preparation:

The mechanism of compressed packaging (materials free of charge)
We provide sturdy cardboard boxes and cushioning materials for international shipping completely free of charge.
International shipping is more susceptible to damage than domestic shipping, so it usually requires expensive special cardboard boxes and a large amount of cushioning material (such as bubble wrap).
Our service includes all material costs in a flat rate package of 1,100 yen, so customers incur no costs or effort in preparing materials themselves.
Furthermore, because we manually perform "compression packaging," which involves eliminating gaps and reshaping the boxes to make them smaller, we can keep international shipping costs, which are calculated by volume, to the absolute minimum.

For our cross-border e-commerce and international trade customers who use our shipping fulfillment service, we propose a method to operate this service with "zero burden on shop owners (effectively free)" for this fee (1,100 yen).
Setting a "Handling Fee" is common practice overseas.
We strongly recommend automatically collecting a "Handling Fee" of 1,100 yen (shipping management and packaging fee) in addition to the actual shipping cost on the payment screen (checkout) of your e-commerce site.
In other countries (especially Europe and the Americas), it is common business practice to charge for labor and material costs associated with delivery separately from shipping fees, so this is readily accepted by overseas customers.
A markup (addition) is added to the product price in advance.
If you don't want to add a fee item to the payment screen for system reasons, you can also include (add) a cost of 1,100 yen to the product price for overseas customers beforehand.
As shown in the diagram on the right, by setting a "Handling Fee" on the shopping cart side, you can neatly reimburse the 1,100 yen handling fee from overseas end users without any cost to your company.

For items in stock, you can easily upload product data at any time through the dedicated management screen.
02. Automatic Inventory Allocation Function
When placing a shipping order, simply specify the JAN code and quantity of the item you want to stock. The system will automatically allocate the item from your inventory.
03. Real-time monitoring & on-demand inventory entry
You can always check the latest inventory levels on the administration screen. We also accept requests for additional stock at any time.
Security System and Terms of Use
Security and insurance
- 24/7 SECOM Surveillance System: The warehouse is constantly monitored and protected by an online security system operated by a security company.
- Fire and earthquake insurance coverage: This insurance applies only to the "warehouse building." No insurance or guarantee applies to stored goods ; therefore, if necessary, the consignor is requested to obtain cargo insurance.
Storage rules (similar to Amazon FBA standards)
- Restrictions on items that cannot be stored: We cannot accept dangerous goods that are highly flammable (chemicals, flammable materials, etc.), fresh foods that cannot be stored at room temperature, live animals, gift certificates, or any other items that violate laws and regulations.
- Delivery Method and Loading Restrictions: All products must have an individual identification JAN code. We cannot accept deliveries that are overloaded, such as those that extend beyond the cart, or deliveries that pose a risk of cargo collapse.
- Disclaimer: We are not liable for any natural deterioration of goods, minor damage to the packaging, or soiling of the packaging box that occurs due to force majeure during normal cargo handling in accordance with our terms and conditions.
